1. Data controller

2. Data collected

This site is a static informational guide. It does not collect registration data, does not require account creation, and does not offer booking services. The data that may be collected is as follows:

a) Navigation data. The web server automatically records, in line with standard HTTP protocol operation, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, the URL of the originating page, and the date and time of request. This data is not associated with personal identities and is used exclusively for aggregate statistical purposes and server security.

b) Cookies. See section 4.

c) Voluntarily provided data. If a visitor sends an email to the contact address, the data contained in the message (email address, message content, any attachments) is processed solely to respond to the request and is not used for other purposes.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• Delivering requested pages via the HTTP protocol (legal basis: contract performance / legitimate interest)
• Server security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest)
• Responding to inquiries sent by email (implied consent in the act of sending)
• Aggregate access statistics (legitimate interest)

4. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies necessary for operation. It does not use first-party profiling cookies. Third-party cookies may be present if external content is embedded (e.g. Google Maps). In such cases, users are invited to consult the respective privacy policies of external providers.

Disabling technical cookies may degrade some site functionality.

5. Retention

Navigation data is retained in server logs for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Emails received are retained for the time necessary to respond and any subsequent legal obligations (maximum 24 months unless longer regulatory obligations apply).

6. Recipients

Data is not shared with commercial third parties. The following may access it:

• The site’s hosting provider, to deliver technical service
• Competent authorities, where required by law

No personal data transfers occur outside the European Union, except for technical providers already operating on EU infrastructure.

7. Data subject rights

Users have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to the contact address above.
